From 11 to 27 May the Department of Culture of the City of Caravaca Book Fair celebrates the Old and Used on the promenade of the slide.
As part of this activity, the Municipal Library of novels scheduled presentations and meetings with writers linked to the town of Caravaca de la Cruz.
The first activity will take place on Saturday, May 12, at the hands of the writer and professor Josune Intxauspe, who will discuss his latest book "The Color of Time" novel published by local publisher Gollarín.
The meeting with the readers will take place at 18.00 in the auditorium of the Casa de la Cultura.
Previously, from 12.30 to 13.30, the writer will be in one of the booths at the show signing copies.
On Saturday 19 May will be the writer Luis Leante caravaqueño which hold a meeting with readers and sign copies of his last published work, "Imaginary Prisons".
Luis Leante writer was crowned in 2007, when he won Alfaguara Prize with his novel "Look if I love you" from that time prominently in the landscape of current Spanish literature.
"The heart of the Cross' award-winning novel" Caravaca, Holy City, "will be presented on Tuesday 22 May at 20.00 in the House of Culture Emilio Saez.
Its author, Professor Murcia Santiago Delgado, will talk about this drama set in the Middle Ages and tells the story of a German pilgrim who comes to Jerusalem and called on to carry the holy chain completes the relic of the True Cross Caravaca.
The novel "The Heart of the Cross' was selected from 64 original coming not only from Spain but also from Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela and the United States.
The activities scheduled for the Book Fair will be closed with a tribute to Cuban poet-semblance Julio San Francisco, a resident of Caravaca in recent years until his death last February.
The act "in memoriam" by Julio San Francisco will take place on Saturday 26 May at 18.00 in the House of Culture.
