IU-Green has filed a motion to the next full City Council of Caravaca by proposing to convene a meeting with those affected by the preference shares and voting shares of financial institutions, to support concrete measures that can be started the session.
The initiative, presented by the city spokesman of the organization left, John Berbell, also raises the need for the hall "exercise as an element of pressure on banks that have not acted properly, not working with them by this council" .
Berbell noted that the preferred shares of financial institutions "have been a step in the scam who want to call crisis," and affected "many small savers who, without knowledge necessary financial institutions relied on their life and are now in a desperate situation. "
It also recalled that the parliamentary group of the Plural Left denounced this and called for the creation of a subcommittee to investigate what happened, and a proposition of law which called coordination with the Bank of Spain to secure the return of capital initial hit.
"We believe that from this council should take steps to try to aid those affected by actions that can range from providing information to exert pressure on banks."
