"This measure makes available to local entrepreneurs and business assets to attract investment and further enhance the main industrial zone of the Northwest Region," stated Councilman.
These facilities shall be awarded by open procedure and four-year periods for granting precedence criterion steady job creation.
The City Council has considered a number of bonuses in the rental price in terms of jobs generated by the project business.
