Tourist Qualification Center of Murcia and the city of Caravaca de la Cruz, with the collaboration of the Caja Mediterráneo, have organized a course called "Waiter, a leading travel agent", which has among its objectives to improve the formation of active workers and unemployed in the hospitality sector.
From the Department of Consumer and Commerce are calling for local and bars of the town to join this initiative which is oriented behaviors enhance customer satisfaction.
Your manager, the mayor Maria Teresa Romero Milanes, explained that this workshop will address techniques and skills in the service protocol, introduction to wine tasting and tourism awareness, among other notions.
"The professional hospitality becomes a major tourist agent for the municipality and therefore, through initiatives like this, we continue to enhance the formation of both the servers and the owners of the establishments," stated Councilwoman.
Enrollment in this course is free and can be formalized through the website of the Tourist Qualification Center, www.cctmurcia.es.

Moreover, on 24, 25 and September 26 will be held in Caravaca a free course on the necessary guidelines to engage in a business idea.
The training program is free and is directed preferentially to unemployed people and students interested in self-employment.
During the course "Self-employment, Is it for me?"
will be brought closer to the current business situation and new trends and knowledge needed to be transmitted prior to the creation of a business.
