The City of Caravaca de la Cruz presented at the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism three projects, valued at 687,694 euros and aimed at promoting the development of the Industrial Sale Cavila.
Specifically, we have applied for grants under the program "Actions Reinsdustrialización Aids" for the project "Business incubators" and strong reinforcement works, space arrangements and road signage.
With the project "Business Incubator" aims to provide new content Cavila Multipurpose Center and partially adapt the building as space for entrepreneurs.
This idea stems from the need to respond to small businesses that lack or have difficulty acquiring a physical space and thus support them in the first stage of development and consolidation of its business.
Thus, the report submitted by the Ministry includes the adaptation of the first floor of the center for offices and corporate headquarters.
In addition, the Center will continue Cavila Multipurpose intended, on the ground floor, to the provision of common services to companies located in this industrial area.
Currently, this building is located in the headquarters of the Bank Conservation Estate, a delegation of Posts and dependencies for the registration certificate examinations.
