The caravaqueño Gonzalo Lopez-Torres Auguy was recently appointed Secretary for Tourism, under the Deputy Secretary General of Sectorial Studies Programs and People's Party of the Region of Murcia.

This becomes part of the Regional Board of the party.

Gonzalo Lopez-Auguy was Councillor for Tourism in the city of Caravaca de la Cruz during 2003-2007 and 2007-2011 legislatures.

Currently, also a member of the Local Executive Committee of the Popular Party, headed Sunday Aranda.

From the Popular Party of Caravaca appreciate the confidence placed by the regional PP in this caravaqueño to collaborate on projects and initiatives related to tourism in Murcia.
