This proposal presents a Caravaca UPyD strengthen international tourist destination and it's inexplicable that is not yet in force in our city, which since 2003 and holds regular Jubilee Years are thousands of foreign visitors who use English as an international language
The Municipal UPyD Caravaca, take the next full month of October, a motion that attempts to replace the current vacuum that municipal authorities responsible for local tourism occurred during the last decade and so far in this, by not including in their informational signs English as an international language and have all the signs in Castilian only.
Caravaca UPyD home a few months ago through serious and compelling proposals, drawn from its election to Caravaca, an update of the parameters turísticosde our people, so last year proposed the creation of a Tourism Department and a Local Tourism Master Plan, of course both proposals rejected by the PP government team and already in the month of February also proposed placing QR codes on the famous monuments, museums and places of our municipality, with the "blessed blessing "the municipal government spokesman praised the proposal, but stopped supporting course, as tonic and in the People's Party of Caravaca.
In this sense, UPyD highlights how important it is for the whole tourism sector, which seem to have forgotten that our current rulers and only remember when you proposed and leads to full UPyD collide squarely with the social reality of tourism come unless and no sign of improvement.
The proposal to install panels in English is nothing new, without going any further in 2008 Cehegin the nearby City Hall (also ruled by the PP) panels installed in Castilian and English in all the sights of Old Cehegin, being widely accepted and highly successful in the words of the mayor of Tourism in the nearby town.
Finally remember that this sector needs foreign tourism, now more than ever as domestic tourism is collapsed and very low levels, so that the positive effect of this motion undoubtedly redound in Caravaca and its citizens.
