The activity is part of the International Congress of the third centenary of the birth of Rousseau
Caravaca de la Cruz will host one of the activities planned within the III International Congress of the centenary of the birth of Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
The University of Murcia and Cajamurcia Foundation, in collaboration with the Conservatory of Music of Caravaca, bring the theater Thuillier the concert "The music of Rousseau in the salons of Paris."
The concert will be held on Monday, October 15, at 19.00, and the ticket price is 5 euros.
It will involve renowned musicians and long career Gloria Sanchez (soprano), Martin Armas (tenor), Darling Dyle (violin), Yu-Ting Ng (cello), José Fernández Vera (flute), Agustín Sánchez (guitar ) and Javier Artigas (key).
As part of this conference, the University of Murcia will bring together researchers from various fields of knowledge (philosophy, sciences, literature, music, etc..), From Spain and other countries in Europe and Latin America, to discuss the Rousseau and the relevance of his thought.
Jean-Jacques Rousseau was born on June 28, 1712 in Geneva.
In 1762 published two of his most important works, Emilio or education and the social contract.
