The Pilgrim's Market starts this Sunday, October 21, a new stage with a tour extended to the Plaza del Arco, Street and a section of the Gran Vía addition, the market will experience a change in format, not being exclusively artisanal , with new product offering secondhand, antiques, decoration, fashion, home and food, among other items.
The Pilgrim's Market is held every third Sunday of the month, organized by the departments of Craft, Consumption and Trade of the City of Caravaca.
As an added attraction, each issue will have a theme, and activities for children, and demonstration workshops offer "Menu del Peregrino" by some local restaurants.
"After fourteen years of history, we wanted to give a boost to the Mercado del Peregrino, inviting participation from all local merchants so they can get their products and offerings to the street every third Sunday of the month," said Councilwoman Maria Teresa Romero, who presented the news by the vice president of the Association of Innkeepers, Pedro Marin.
The Pilgrim's Market will feature about 60 outlets, including 17 craftsmen, 35 and 8 of other products made from local merchants.
The theme to start the new season will be "The Renaissance Market" and will bobbin-up workshops, esparto and balloon twisting, theatrical activities and popular games.
The opening hours will be from 10.00 to 14.30 hours.
