A total of 1,250 children and young people aged 4 to 16 years, participating in the Municipal Sports Schools of Caravaca de la Cruz.

This represents almost 7% more students than last year and set a new record for participation in the program of activities organized by the Sports Department of the City of Caravaca.

By category, the schools have higher acceptance is football, with 421 students, Rhythmic Gymnastics, with 160 enrolled, and soccer, with 179.

The Department of Sports has offered for the academic 2012/2013 a dozen disciplines and activities, expanding the school deal with Triathlon and technification Football and Tennis.

Also, another novelty is the unification of the sport's image municipal building kits with training and competition.

The Councillor for Sports, Emilio Perez, has valued very positively the quality and level of participation in various forms, since "pose a major gamble for grassroots sport and place for Caravaca schools among the most participatory Region of Murcia ".
