The City of Caravaca de la Cruz, in collaboration with the provincial traffic of Murcia, has launched a Road Safety Education Park.
Councilman Safety and Traffic, Juan Francisco Jimenez Gate, has reported that the facility, located next to the garden Pedro García-Esteller, have been provided with horizontal signs, traffic lights and bicycle helmets that can perform Township school classes driver education.
During these weeks, more than 500 students, 5th grade, the town's schools and districts, will participate in the Days School Driver Education issued by the local police in Caravaca.
Agents develop first a classroom lecture and then lead a class in the park where children put learning into practice in the classroom.
"The sessions are designed to work on prevention from an early age to avoid accidents and improve driver education, raising awareness in a fun for children the basic rules of the road", has detailed the Councillor for Public Safety.
During the First Conference Road Education explains the different types of signs and markings, how to move properly on sidewalks or crossing the road properly and basic traffic rules and moped and bicycle use.
