The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, in the framework of the operation called "milk caps," proceeded to the arrest of three people suspected of a crime of burglary occurred at a nursery in the town of Caravaca de Barranda- Cross.

The Civil Guard, on hearing of the commission of a burglary in a nursery of that population, commenced an investigation in order to get to clarify the facts, apprehend those responsible and recover the stolen effects.
In the first practical actions, it was observed how the alleged perpetrators of the crime, after fracturing the metal fence of the company object of the theft, had stolen a lot of chanterelles, almonds and apricot seed, all prepared for transfer and sale as well as various tools and a van that had been used to transport the stolen merchandise.
After that, the Civil Guard officers found out how authors of this robbery selling chanterelles on rounds for several nearby, always at a price well below the market, coinciding characteristics, presentation, packaging and mycological quality, with the Product item stolen.
After obtaining all necessary evidence and through the cooperation of citizens, was identified and located the suspects, proceeding to arrest a total of three people suspected of a crime of burglary, and recovering the stolen vehicle.
Arrested:
As part of the operation has been carried out the arrest, on suspicion of a crime of burglary, three persons, identified as:
- Spanish, 31 years and resident of Caravaca de la Cruz.
- Romanian, 26 years old and lives in Caravaca de la Cruz
- Romanian, 35 years old and lives in Caravaca de la Cruz
The prisoners have a history of committing other crimes.
Effects recovered:
He has recovered the van that was stolen from the premises of the nursery and used to transport the stolen material, plus different amount of plastic packaging company property.
Detainees, recovered and proceedings initiated effects have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 3 of Caravaca de la Cruz (Murcia).
