The mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz, Domingo Aranda, accompanied by the Councillor for Culture, Maria Cruz Perez, and the superior of the Discalced Carmelites, Juan Serrano, have made awards Literary Competition Youth Albacara that this issue has fulfilled its fortieth anniversary.
The Department of Culture of the City of Caravaca, through the Municipal Library, the contest calls Albacara to promote literature and promote new values ​​in this field.

In the first category, for young people between 10 and 12 years, Narrative mode, the first prize went to the play "My imaginary world" by Andrea Amador Moreno, student of IES Oróspeda, Archivel, the second prize to Maria Isabel Lopez Marin, the Sierra de Mojantes CRA, for his work entitled "Proof".
The jury also decided to award a second prize to Paloma Lopez belts, the school's Santa Cruz, for his work "Carlitos, Lucia and Halloween night."
In the second category, also in the form of narrative, the first prize went to the paper entitled "Diary of an Irish summer," Alvaro Alvarez Thomas, student of IES San Juan de la Cruz.
