In view of the level of neglect of the New Town area, in October 2012, filed a Motion GMSocialista on "have performed the appropriate studies to draft a recovery plan everything around the Barrio Nuevo", in which incidíamos the need to recover the abandoned parks affected by dumps and landfills, as well as their integration into the ravines rides and other tours, as an alternative to value the entire environment of that neighborhood, as an important place for be visited, walking, etc..
This Motion hope to discuss it at the next plenary session.
Furthermore, in a recent visit, the neighbors have shown us that serious problems remain with the moisture in their homes, especially in the New Center neighborhood, without been given any solution by the municipality, although time consuming complaining.
They believe that these problems will come on one side of the access road, which was asphalted about two years ago, but it has many shortcomings exacerbated leaks into houses.
In fact it is observed that the asphalt layer is quite thin, poorly compacted and in disrepair, despite being recently.
On the other hand, no less important are the leaks coming from the rear of their homes, which makes sometimes have to bailing them land mana.
Since it is a question not easy because of the location and the unevenness in the houses, it is certain that affects many homes, so we tabled an amendment to the motion to add the following:
"That will do a technical study as complete as possible of all the causes that give rise to significant moisture to support the neighbors' houses in New Town Centre, and a detailed assessment of the actions they should take by the City" .
