Also denounce the poor condition of the park and the Old Cemetery track that is more than four years without lighting
Incredibly, one end of a quarter of the town of Caravaca, specifically of the Barrio de Aranjuez, along the valley of the same name, it may well resemble the worst slum in any underdeveloped country.
Here families live about eight ravine above.
This area is like not officially exist.
The General Plan of Caravaca (PGMO) the leaves out of urban land and management, although it is attached to the container.
Specifically no refurbished streets as such, there is little lighting and lack of any cleaning service.
The ravine itself which looks like a real dunghill accessed and when it rains it becomes a ramblizo.
So you see, this has never been thought of, at least, on condition the ravine and access, and in certain homes and families relocate, if necessary, to ensure the area of public domain condition of the ravine.
As we manifest the neighbors have been complaining for many years but have never been made the slightest case.
Thus the tremendous sense of marginality in this area is obvious.
On the other hand, if we refer to this neighborhood park, the Old Cemetery, is that the garden and the arena are more than four years without lighting, it is totally broken since without a single lamppost in service.
The aforementioned track is broken fences and strong unpainted and somewhat deteriorated, despite repeated demands of the residents.
Especially young people ask to at least replace the track lighting for them to play even at night, because they have no similar facility nearby.
Besides gardening service does not come to this park and the local police surveillance either, as we demonstrate the neighbors, to prevent vandalism on one hand and ensure its maintenance on the other.
From the socialist ranks we recall our concern about this and other nearby neighborhoods.
We have therefore tabled initiatives even having approved in plenary, specifically in October 2011, then do not do anything.
Specifically, agreed: "The Municipal Government undertakes to make arrangements and the consequent maintenance of public spaces, provision of furniture and policing Ejido park and its surroundings, as well as in the neighborhood of Aranjuez and the San Vicente neighborhood ".
It is clear that in regard to the Barrio de Aranjuez little or nothing has been done after the initiative passed in Parliament.
We therefore propose that the Plenary Council adopts the following Agreement:
Which ensures maintenance and basic surveillance Old Cemetery Park and in particular the replacement of lighting and basic arrangements of the arena.
To study a possible change PGMO and a plan that includes urban adequacy of the most marginal of Barranco de Aranjuez.
