Caravaca de la Cruz participating this Friday, July 12, at the conference on "Tourism and Celebrations Policy in the Region of Murcia", held in town of Aguilas.

In it, she will address the council of Celebration in the City of Caravaca, José Francisco García, and Secretary of the Commission of Celebration of the Brotherhood of the Vera Cruz, Alfonso Monilla.

The purpose of this conference is to bring together the main festivities policies undertaken in various municipalities of the Region of Murcia, and the way they articulate citizen participation in the planning and configuration of the various events.

The local festivals are an important part in the activity of the municipalities, being events connected with the traditions and local culture, as well as involving groups of stocks.

It is organized by the School of Political Science and Sociology of the Region of Murcia, with the collaboration of the municipalities of Aguilas, Lorca, Puerto Lumbreras and Caravaca de la Cruz and Cajamurcia entity.
