The guided tours of cultural and natural heritage of Caravaca de la Cruz, continues this Sunday, August 11.
The route will be half-day, 9.00 to 14.00, and the registration fee is 3 euros, including transportation, lunch and support of an official guide.
The route will run along the natural river environment Quípar and archaeological sites of the Cueva del Rey Moro, the Black Cave, Los Villares, Los Villaricos and quarrying and the Roman temple of the Incarnation.
You will also pass by Pinilla, with a visit to a traditional oven bread making, and the La Torrrecica, the chapel and the remains of a Roman Villae Singla.
The Department of Tourism of the City of Caravaca, in collaboration with Caravaca Jubilee is organized since last June guided tours through the countryside of Caravaca.
The goal is to enhance and add value to tourist and cultural resources less known to the general public via five routes through much of the town.
"It's a dynamic and suitable for all audiences, that brings you to the rich cultural, natural and gastronomic of our land", according to statements by the Councillor for Tourism and Culture, Maria Cruz Perez Sanchez.
Those interested in participating should reserve a place at the Tourist Office, located on Nuns Street, in person or by phone 968 70 24 24.
Reservations can be made until Friday at 20.00.
