The hamlet of La Almudema caravaqueña welcomes tomorrow, Saturday, the eighth edition of Al-Mudayna Alpine Marathon, involving more than 1300 athletes enrolled in its various forms.
The test, organized by the Department of Sports City of Caravaca and Al-Mudayna Sports Association, will begin at 9.00 am with the departure of the participants of the Marathon Race Walks.
Later, enrollees will be starting in March modalities Walking and Mountain Bike.
At 1045 hours will be held the second edition of the cross for minor categories "Almukids", which have registered 300 children.
The proof will go through places like the Sierra de la Goats and environment Quípar River Valley.
Participants will travel a path with 9 levels of mountain with a positive slope of 1900 meters.
A special device made up of volunteers from the Al-Mudayna Sports Association, Civil Protection, Red Cross, Local Police, Civil Guard and the health workforce ensure proper running of the trial and the safety of all participants.
