Public Library of Caravaca de la Cruz will launch a new program of entertainment and activities to promote reading with storytelling workshops, book clubs, book launch events, signing authors and the call of the literary contest "Albacara ".
The activities planned for this course will begin with the presentation of the children's book "Knowing Vedoques".
Children attendees can meet the characters of the story written by Maria Jesus Egea and Antonio Salinas and illustrated by Begoña Fernández.
This activity will take place on Thursday, October 17, at 18.00 in the hall of the House of Culture.
The book launch will be complemented by an illustration storytelling and activities for children.

Among the initiatives to promote reading aimed at children, the Municipal Library will launch a new edition of the storytelling workshops, the result of the collaboration agreement the City has with the Association Workshop Book.

Registration can be formalized until October 22 at the counter of the Library.
The sessions will take place Monday, Wednesday or Friday, a day to choose a week, in groups of 10 children, aged between 4 and 6 years.
