The school Basilio Sáez Caravaca de la Cruz has been one of the six schools of the Region of Murcia selected for the implementation of language immersion pilot program in English Education.
The Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment with this new project aims to promote bilingual education, given the ease of learning a language you have children at an early age.
The educational program will take place during a daily session of one hour in which the English teacher used exclusively specialist foreign language to communicate with students.
This approach to the use of English oral communicative activities consist of related routines and common situations in the classroom.

This initiative aims to facilitate the transition between kindergarten and the program Murcia Bilingual Schools Elementary Education, and therefore seeks to strengthen the sense of European identity, fostering positive attitudes towards learning foreign language and culture.
Program "Teaching Digital e-XXI"
Other educational programs launched Caravaca a pioneer in this academic teaching is the digital e-XXI, which participates Archivel Oróspeda school.
Through this project a total of 33 students has replaced the books and traditional textbooks for a digital tablet or laptop.
The students will study the four courses of the High School with this model, using and downloading digital books from a virtual platform duties.
The traditional notebooks will be used only in specific cases where learning requires writing exercises as the subjects of Mathematics or Language.
The Councillor of Education in the city of Caravaca de la Cruz, Carmen Ruiz Mulero, wanted to thank the involvement of the Ministry of Education to implement two educational programs pioneers in the township.
"Both the language immersion program like digital teaching represent an improvement in the quality of education model and a response to the needs of modern times," remarked the mayor.
