The Department of Culture of the City of Caravaca, through the Municipal Library, held a meeting this afternoon with the writer Maria Jesus John, who will present his novel "To touch the sky".
The activity will start at 18.30 in the sacristy of the old church of the Society of Jesus.
"Within the advocacy and promotion of reading, the Library program every month a meeting with an author and other complementary activities to book clubs and workshops storytelling", said the Councillor for Culture, Maria Cruz Perez .
After the meeting with the author María Jesús Juan, at 2000 hours, the film "Guantanamera" in the Company Lounge Club, as a parallel activity to the reading of the play "The Island of Eternal Love", in which currently works Reading Club "La Candela".
María Jesús Juan Meseguer is a writer of fiction and poetry.
Born in Murcia in 1979.
She teaches secondary education, librarian and head of a club Reading.
He has a Master of Children's Literature at the University of Castilla la Mancha.
