For a year, participants will receive training and will practice in companies caravaqueñas
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz has received a grant of 229,240 euros from the Regional Employment and Training (SEF) for the implementation of a mixed employment and training program geared to international trade.
This initiative, approved by the Ministry of Education, Universities and Enterprise, for a year will hire 15 people unemployed, more staff team responsible for delivering the modules.
"This is a similar to what before employment workshop was called and that excites us because it has the dual purpose to create new jobs and at the same time, support caravaqueñas companies who want to start export project," explained responsible for employment issues in the city of Caravaca, Salvador Gomez.
The project duration is 12 months and will begin early next year.
Students will have a contract in full-time training.
As teachers and support staff, there will be people for the delivery and assessment of modules and for specific English and German classes, as well as administrative tasks.
The coordination of the project will depend on the Municipal Center for Employment and Training.
The screening of the staff is conducting the Regoinal Employment Service and Training, who will refer the City of Caravaca a list of persons who meet the reflected bases this call job profile.
Candidates are unemployed with minimal training of Bachelor or equivalent or higher and with professional training or sufficient to allow this training successfully pursue knowledge.
Students receive training workers for employment, alternating with work and professional practice, and receive guidance, advice and information to enable them to search for a job.
Throughout the year related to market information systems, marketing and international sales, English and German are taught modules.
