Director General Colleges, Luis Javier Lozano, visited the headquarters of the National Distance University (UNED) in Caravaca de la Cruz, accompanied by Council of the government team Salvador Gomez and Carmen Ruiz and the delegate of students, Maria Victoria Cantero.

The extension of the Open University in Caravaca has about 400 students from the towns of the Northwest Region and other nearby towns.
The students are divided in various degrees, and master training programs.
In addition, official distance language courses and access to university for people over 25 and 45 are given.
The headquarters of the Open University in Caravaca is located at Plaza del Hoyo.
The public opening hours are 10.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 22.00.
