The City of Caravaca de la Cruz held the first session of the jury to award the contract management service solid waste collection, street cleaning and maintenance of parks and gardens.
The competition have attended a total of 6 companies that submitted reports to the administrative documentation, project management and economic valuation to provide the services requested in the tender specifications.
The jury assessed over the next few weeks which is the most advantageous proposal and having greater guarantees, supported by a technical committee composed of experts in the field and municipal technicians.
In the jury are represented all local political groups and also are members of the same secretary and municipal auditor.
In this regard, Councillor for Urban Development and Services, Salvador Gomez, recalled this concession contract by seeking to integrate various municipal services as more effective, efficient and advantageous formula from the economic point of view to city coffers, following the current trend of so-called "smart cities" or sustainable cities.
"The company that finally proves winning services assume garbage collection and street cleaning and the maintenance key to certain areas of the village green, complementing the management that has played center occupational disability Apcom" he noted.
The contract has an ambitious statement of conditions in which quality indicators are set, with direct impact on the enforcement bill.
The intention is to have a concession for Caravaca service in order to have real control and accurate cost information service only.
The six companies that have been submitted to the contest are STV Management Ubaser, Audeca, CHM and Gimsa, Yahtzee group Acciona, Tarancón infaestructuras-Serrano and CIS Aznar Company.
