Caravaca de la Cruz have a service civil and commercial mediation through the company in the morning between the city of Caravaca de la Cruz and Mediation Center Association of the Region of Murcia agreement.
The service, which is free and staffed by volunteer professionals, will be located in the premises of the Youth Center and can be accessed by filling out index cards available at local authority offices.
In addition, areas of Social Services and Education move possible cases to mediators.
The mediation service was presented by Council of Employment and Social Welfare, Salvador Gomez and Carmen Ruiz, respectively, accompanied by the president of the association, Urbana Rodón, and the team of professionals who work in Caravaca.
"We hope this new free service is useful for residents of the municipality and, as it is being in other cities such as Murcia and Lorca, becomes an effective way to resolve conflict," said the mayor Salvador Gomez after signing the agreement.
Mediation is a process that, protected by the provisions of Law 5/2012, allows the prevention and resolution of disagreements, disputes, conflicts and disputes with speed and privacy, whenever there will on both sides and using the help of professional specialized maintaining neutrality, help those involved in the conflict to come to an agreement and advantageous to both the content of which is decided by the parties.
For certain disputes mediation offers more profitable, practical and effective than the traditional judicial methodology solutions.

It all starts with a briefing where the parties value the relevance of initiating a process of mediation.
