The Tenders Committee has studied the six bids submitted based on a technical and economic assessment

The jury to service solid waste collection, street cleaning and maintenance of the gardens of the town yesterday proposed the award to the company Acciona-Yahtzee, for several sessions after analyzing the technical report and economic assessments of the six bids submitted this tender.

The grant shall be for a period of fifteen years and an amount of 2,135,000 euros, representing an annual saving of 160,000 euros with respect to the amount budgeted in the contract documents.

The company also will provide 100,000 euros to the Consistory for street cleaning vehicles currently in service.

"The award process started last February and through the involvement of the municipal officers, legal advisers, components of the table and the participating companies has made the thorough and conscientious work, which will result in improved services city, "said Mayor Domingo Aranda, during the press conference with the mayor and Urban Development Services, Salvador Gomez.

The garbage collection service will remain the "door to door" seven days a week and in villages, estates and suburban areas with side-loading.
