Over 40 students from schools "Cervantes" and "El Salvador", participants in the educational project "Entrepreneurship in my school" (EME) today have been received by Council on Employment and Education in the city of Caravaca de la Cruz Salvador Gomez and Carmen Ruiz, respectively, in the living room of City Hall.
Caravaca de la Cruz was the pioneer village on the implementation of the program for the promotion of entrepreneurship "Entrepreneurship at my school."
"During the course we have followed the basic steps for creating a cooperative and marketing their products, thus promoting teamwork, sense of initiative and entrepreneurial culture", as highlighted by the councilor responsible for the area of Education.
Meanwhile, Salvador Gomez recalled that seven years ago this project was started in the town of Caravaca and given good results, have been adding about 1,800 students from across the region.
Caravaqueños students participated in yesterday 'Minimarket 2014' held in the city of Murcia.
On 16 June, school cooperatives sell their products in the San Juan Plaza de la Cruz, to coincide with the weekly market in Caravaca.
The program "Entrepreneurship at my school" is a joint initiative of the Ministries of Education, Culture and Universities and Industry, Tourism, Enterprise and Innovation, through the Instituto de Fomento.
