The Institute of Occupational Safety and Health of the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the city of Caravaca de la Cruz, has developed the "Grow safety" campaign among students of 5th year of primary centers of the municipality.
This campaign, comprising various actions such as lectures and distribution of educational materials, was closed to the ceremony awards drawing contest, involving the director of Instituro Occupational Safety and Health, Maria Angeles Villanueva, and Councillor for Education, Carmen Ruiz.
"It grows on Security" is, according to statements by the mayor Ruiz Mulero "an incentive that gets underway for the seventh year in our town and it is very successful, thanks in large part to the involvement of teachers and students" .
The main objective of the campaign is to promote the culture of prevention and awareness of the risks to health and safety of people in the school, family and social spheres.
In the drawing competition which was closed the campaign received the first Primio, equipped with a digital camera, Ana Isabel Sánchez ("El Salvador), Nadia Fernandez (" El Salvador) and Raquel Lopez ("Sierra de Mojantes). The second prize, endowed with MP4, relapsing Brayan Rodriguez ("San Francisco), Vali Mihaela (" Sierra de Mojantes ") and Alberto Sánchez (Sierra de Mojantes"). Finally, third prize, consisting of a sports equipment were for Alba María Sánchez ("El Salvador"), Ana Garcia ("Sierra de Mojantes"), M ª del Mar Martínez ("Basilio Sáez") and Antonio Medina ("El Salvador").
