The Organization of Business and Professional Women of the Region of Murcia (OMEP) will launch in Caravaca de la Cruz a program of initiatives designed to facilitate the creation of businesses and foster the formation of those women interested in start, revive or strengthen a business.
Projects planned in the town are the result of the collaboration agreement signed today by Mayor Domingo Aranda, and the president of such collaboration, Manuela Marín, in the presence of the council of Employment and Social Welfare, Salvador Gomez and Carmen Ruiz, respectively.
The agreement, as explained by the mayor, "is geared to support all initiatives that promote job creation through advice and information and training of the labor organization with extensive experience in this field actions."
For his part, the president of OMEP has wanted to move the first step is going to materialize in Caravaca under this agreement: "We will start the project" Ella ", funded by the Institute for the Promotion of the Region Murcia (INFO), which provide a consulting free advice on e-commerce. "
Specifically, the Municipal Centre for Employment, Training and Equality will host different activities, such as workshops on business motivation to inform and advise women entrepreneurs who choose self-employment as a means of entry into the labor market;
basic business training workshops for the implementation of a business, and workshops in new technologies, especially social networking and use of smartphone applied to the business world.
The OMEP participate in panel discussions and other activities to promote the city of Caravaca for momentum, creation and establishment of new businesses in the town of Caravaca de la Cruz.
The Organization of Business and Professional Women is a business organization, non-profit, which associates women entrepreneurs, managerial and entrepreneurial of all economic and social areas of the Region of Murcia.
Among its aims include the promotion of entrepreneurship, training, access to new information technologies and communication, and promoting employment in the region of Murcia, thus contributing to equality between women and men.
