The southern rock group "The Hellhates" opens tomorrow Saturday, August 2, the concert series "A Barranda Moon", held in the auditorium of the Museum of Outdoor Ethnic Music Barranda, organized by the City of Caravaca de la Cruz.
The concert will begin at 22.30 and entry is free to fill seats.
"The Hellhates" is a band with an extensive stage experience, having the "Southern music" as its best weapon to engage the audience.
Their music is marked by the "psychobilly" style, but understood in an open manner, ranging from the classic rhythms of rock'n'roll from the 50s until the rub sounds punk-rock.
"The Hellhates" is influenced by legendary bands like Stray Cats, Nekromantix, or albums released in the early 80 "Loquillo and Mafia" and "Rock and Edges", among others.
The concerts of the museum that houses the collection of instruments Fadol Carlos Blanco will run every Saturday during the month of August with performances by mariachi band Veracruz (August 9) of caravaqueño choir choral music "Arsis" ( August 16);
Trio "Shadows" composed of members of the Parrandboleros, which will offer a concert of boleros and South American music (August 23).
The finale cycle "A Moon Barranda" will be on August 30 with the "Cultural Evening", which shall consist of live music, theater and poetry by various people connected to the people of Barranda, under the direction of Ignacio Ramos.
