The City of Caravaca de la Cruz, in collaboration with ECOEMBES and service concessionaire waste collection, renew most of the recycling containers distributed by the town and villages.

90 light yellow for plastic containers and paper and paperboard 90: In total, 180 containers will be installed.

Replacement of container is included in the contract with the concessionaire of cleaning and waste collection.

"The new recycling containers, which will be installed later this year, will be side-loading, more aesthetic and resistant and designed for a lower occupation of public roads, which we consider necessary since many current are impaired by over time and have suffered damages as a result of vandalism, "said the councilor responsible for directing the area of ​​Environment, Maria Antonia Alvarez Jorquera.

The renewal of containers has been one of the topics discussed at the meeting held by Council for the Environment and Urban Development, Maria Antonia Alvarez and Salvador Gomez, respectively, with delegated ECOEMBES, Patricia García;

the chief of service Acciona-Yahtzee, Victor Martinez, and municipal technicians.

During this workshop, and other matters of interest measures such as installing new points of underground containers were addressed;
