Spokesmen for local groups in the city of Caravaca undersigned hereby submit the following EMERGENCY MOTION:
In the complaint, with the lifting of the gag order, of substantially all of the current government of the PP in the city of Caravaca, for the plot of Roblecillo, and other matter of the details unknown, without prejudice to the responsibilities they can ask for Councillors other defendants in this matter once the necessary explanations are given,
We propose the following agreement:
1. That the Mayor of Caravaca explain and account the scope of all the objections that have been known.
2. Request for resignation of any public office, the Mayor of Caravaca and D. Amador Lopez, and PP councilors who were in the government team in the period in which it was processed and approved the Partial Plan Roblecillo.
3. Resignation, if necessary after the explanations given, the remaining councilors accused.
