The Department of Environment of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz and society nonprofit ECOEMBES have started another edition of the information campaign and awareness "Caravaca separated, Caravaca recycled".
Among the actions covered this campaign is holding recreational and educational talks in eight schools in the municipality and installation of information points.
The annual "Caravaca separated, Caravaca Recycle" is specifically aimed at reducing the rate of improper erroneously deposited waste or other container.
"Educators provide information on the nature of the waste generated in households, those in the city to deposit and function and schedules of fixed and mobile services ecoparque points," detailed the mayor of Environment, Maria Antonia Alvarez Jorquera.
Parallel information measures on public roads, a series of talks is taught in eight schools in the municipality.
Through various games and with a direct and pleasant communication, the aim is to raise awareness among children to be responsible with the environment and convey in their homes.
Environment Councilwoman recalled that, among the measures to promote recycling, will renew most of the recycling bins distributed by the town and villages.

The replacement of containers is included in the contract with the concessionaire of cleaning and waste collection.
