Archivel celebrates its festivities in honor of Santa Barbara with a full and varied program of activities, which announced in the City of Caravaca de la Cruz by representatives of the Party Commission, accompanied by Councilman Celebration, José Francisco García and the headman and council of Agriculture, Juan González.
On Thursday, December 4, the hamlet of Archivel celebrates the day dedicated to their patron with wreath and Holy Mass at 12.00, which will be chaired by the Bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena, Jose Manuel Lorca Planes, and traditional procession at 19.00.
But before activities begin with the crowning of the queen and her court, which will take place this Saturday, November 29, at the Community Center.
Along with religious events, the Festival Committee Archivel, in collaboration with the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, has prepared a full agenda of dining, entertainment, children's and cultural activities, which will last until Monday, December 8.
Among the many events planned included the launch of "Verses Archiveleros" by Juan Eladio Palmis (December 1), the "Rice Day" (December 5), Migas Contest (December 5) and " Day Pot "(December 6) and the" Children's Day "(December 7).
Child day will feature rides, games and children's workshops, chocolate, exhibition of drawings and representation of the play "Martin and Haunted TV".
