The Department of Public Safety and Traffic City of Caravaca de la Cruz has developed a Special Security and Emergency Plan to ensure good coordination and development of XI Medieval Market, held from 6 to 8 December in several streets in the old town .

Cut to traffic because of the XI Medieval Market zones are the Gran Vía (height Raimundo Rodríguez), Puentecilla (section from Gran Via to City Hall), Plaza del Arco, Plaza Nueva, Lane, Theatre, The Nuns, Bridge Uribe, Cuesta del Caño, Paseo de las Madres Claras, Pocico, College, and Raimundo Gregorio Javier Rodriguez.
Overflow parking areas are located in areas near the sports complex Torralba Francisco Fernandez (former tennis El Salvador) and next to Halls Castillo de la Cruz.
