The departments of Urban Development and Youth council of Caravaca de la Cruz have initiated the project for upgrading a track to practice skate.
The facility, which covers an area of ​​close to 500 square meters, is located in the Olympics Juan Antonio Corbalan street next to the pavilion.
"With this action a twofold objective is met: that young fans skate allowed a safe and approved for daily practice and avoid any inconvenience to date occurred in certain pedestrian areas of town," as he detailed the mayor of Youth, Antonia Maria Alvarez.
The works, valued at 48,000 euros, are running under the concession contract solar energy use in municipal areas covered, signed with the company caravaqueña Rodi.

Within that agreement have already been implemented reform projects doctor's office and social center of Navares, adequate space for a dog park, located next to the garden Pedro García-Esteller, and measures to improve public lighting in villages.
The skate park will be equipped with monolithic pavement, curb and baradillas perimeter and then will be equipped with various obstacles designed to practice skate.
