The plan includes works in the town and in all villages worth more than 2 million euros
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz will start the first actions of the Municipal Investment Plan later this month January, said today Councillor for Urban Development, Salvador Gómez, after the briefing held with caravaqueños employers in the construction sector.
"The municipal technical office is completed the projects contained in this plan, which have been selected based on needs and demands raised by the residents and includes works in the urban case as in all districts of the municipality," reported the mayor .
Among the works are planned various activities on improving gardens and green areas, such as resurfacing and paving pathways in Garden City;
creating a playground with rubber floor in the park Juan Pablo II and finished the park dedicated to Mari Cruz Sánchez "Meni".
We have also included projects on improving municipal infrastructure, such reforms sports courts Juan Carlos I and tourist reception area in Avenida de Los Andenes, next to the bandstand.
Regarding projects enhancement of historic, include the construction of new road and parking on the block known as "Europan", located between the streets New and Canalejas, next to the new museum Horse Wine .
The new Municipal Infrastructure Plan envisages improvement works on roads, pavements, drainage and gardens in the districts of Caravaca de la Cruz.
The various planned investments amount to a total amount of more than 2 million euros which will be financed through the budget amendment approved in the last plenary and others that will be assumed by the company's municipal water service, Aqualia, and the company dealership cleaning services, garbage collection and maintenance of parks and gardens, Urban Actions, Services and Environment.
