The "Traces of Teresa" route continues to work on its international promotion, intensifying their work on the occasion of the International Tourism Fair of Madrid (FITUR) with two major presentations and several meetings.
And for that the representatives of the Sisters of Spain cities that make up the "footprints Teresa" route participated in an event organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Turespaña, held in the afternoon yesterday, January 29, to present the different international promotion that will be developed during 2015 to mark the celebrations of the V Centenario and "Traces of Teresa" route.
The "Traces of Teresa" formed by the cities of Avila, Medina del Campo, Malagon, Valladolid, Toledo, Pastrana, Salamanca, Alba de Tormes, Segovia, Beas de Segura, Sevilla, Caravaca de la Cruz, Villanueva de la Jara, route Palencia, Soria, Granada and Burgos, will be present in 2015, for promotion, in 14 countries on three continents.
Thus, it will be in seven European countries, Italy, Portugal, France, Poland, Germany, the UK and Ireland;
4 American countries, such as America, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina are and in 3 countries of Asia, South Korea, Philippines and China.
The Plan developed to conduct this international promotion includes the holding of professional conferences, meetings and press trips and familiarization, besides assisting Religious Tourism Fairs.
On behalf of the Teresian cities, mayor of Avila, Miguel Angel Garcia Nieto, highlighted in the presentation that took place boosting marketing "Traces of Teresa", with the addition of 7 companies as operators of the same, both for Spain and receptive to international agencies, and are Nautalia, Viajes El Corte Ingles, Itinera Tours, Tours Verona, Hastiala Travel, Travel Masters and Incoming Pegasus Premium Pegatur ..
Also Friday, the 30th, also at Fitur, has conducted the presentation of Route V Centenario and all directors of the Tourist Offices of Spain that our country has through a great and active network 33 ministries and offices of tourism abroad.
