Sexual assault took place in a room of the building of the victim, also a minor
The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed the operation 'DARKROOM', initiated to clarify the alleged crime of sexual aggression committed in late January in Caravaca de la Cruz, which has led to the arrest of five people including four minors on suspicion of criminal sexual assault with sexual intercourse.
The proceedings were initiated when the Meritorious received the complaint of a minor, accompanied by their parents, reported having been sexually assaulted by several youths in a room of the building where he lives.
The Civil Guard then launched the operation to find out the circumstances in which the events took place and gather incriminating evidence about his alleged authorship.
The first investigations carried out have revealed that most of the suspects were minors, like the victim, so that, given the seriousness of the facts, the Meritorious ordered an investigation instantly and discreetly.
The information obtained by the Guardia Civil supposed to know that the victim, moments before suffering the attack had been accompanied by the now detained until his home in an apparent friendly attitude.
Upon arriving at the building where he resides was forced to enter a room where the property was sexually assaulted consecutively by two of them, while the rest watched to alert the first arrival of any witnesses.
The evidence obtained by the Meritorious have identified five young four of them minors allegedly related to the violation.
Just two days after the commission of the offense, the Civil Guard has located and arrested four minors, who are credited with authorship of the alleged sexual assault, two of them as perpetrators of rape.
A day after the arrests has been located and arrested the alleged ringleader of this criminal action a 23-year-old who allegedly planned the attack.
The five arrested four children and a man of 23 years, along with the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Office of Children of Murcia, being decreed income Prison age greater arrested and internment of the rest in a juvenile facility.
