The City of Caravaca de la Cruz has made awards art contest recycled materials "Create-Cicla", in which participated seventy secondary students.
This event, the Department of Environment convenes annually, has several purposes, among them the promotion of environmental values, highlighting the importance of recycling waste and foster imagination and artistic creativity among students.
In this third contest "Create-Cicla" They have been awarded first and Alejandro Antonio Matias Celdrán award, the school Our Lady of Consolation;
Vanessa Torres and Estela Marín, the IES Oróspeda Archivel, and Maria Victoria Perez and Manuel Alfonso Perez, the IES Ginés Pérez Chirinos.
Similarly, the jury awarded a special mention to Maria Marin Sola, of Consolation.
During the ceremony, the councilors of Education, Carmen Ruiz, and Environment, Maria Antonia Alvarez, also made a distinction delivering those responsible for the Oróspeda Archivel, Ginés Pérez Chirinos and Our Lady of Consolation schools in gratitude for their collaboration and involvement in all environment-related educational initiatives that are offered to schools.
