The City of Caravaca de la Cruz discussions and votes in ordinary plenary session convened today the Municipal Budget for 2015.
According to a report by the Department of Finance and presented by the owner, Pedro Vilches, the intended to, balancing income and expenses amounted to a total of around 24 million euros, representing an increase of 1% compared to previous year.
On the revenue side should be noted that for ordinary type is expected to increase by 1.32% over last year, yielding an estimate of revenue from direct taxes of 12.2 million euros.
The budgets do not change registers with respect to 2014 for taxes raised through Real Estate, Motor Vehicle or that charged on the increase in value of urban land.
Current expenditures totaling 20.5 million euros, 2.75% more than in the previous year.
The first chapter containing personnel costs, decreased by 0.60%, reaching the amount of nine million euros.
Meanwhile, capital expenditures totaling 3,422,960 euros, targeting various investments, including the plan of works and services in the town and in the districts, for a total amount of 1,748,100 euros.
The chapter on purchase of goods and services budget shows an increase of 6.21%, since the new contract includes service management of municipal museums and maintenance costs.
Finance Councilman also emphasized during the press conference that the chapter on financial expenses decreased by 16.7% as a result of the decrease to zero rate of interest payable by concerted lending operations under Plan Payments to Suppliers.
