From 23 to 28 March will be held the IV Guitar Festival "City of Caravaca," which will bring different scenarios leading composers and performers for concerts, lectures and master classes free of charge.
The festival was presented today by the mayor, Domingo Aranda, the Councillor for Education, Carmen Ruiz, director of Northwestern BMN area Cajamurcia, Pedro Antonio Hurtado;
and Professor Conservatory of Caravaca, Erick Tinoko.
The concerts will begin with three former most outstanding students who have completed part of their training at the conservatory caravaqueño: Maria Bastida Abril, Ramón E. Sánchez and Jesús Ortega, the latter awarded the National Award for academic achievement Ministry of Education.
The first concert will be on Tuesday, March 24, at 20.00 pm in the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia.
On Wednesday 25 March at 20.00, the church of San José de la calle Mayor welcomes Aarnoutse Duo concert, composed of specialist teacher in classical and flamenco guitar José Antonio Sánchez Aarnoutse and Professor R. percussion Enrique González Sáez.
On Thursday 26 March at 20.00, the church of the Carmelite Fathers will frame the recital of Murcia extraordinary concert Carmen María Ros.
The concert will close with one classical musicians caravaqueño Guitar Festival, the Mexican Cecilio Perera, internationally renowned concert pianist who has performed as soloist with orchestras world-class, which include the Salzburg Youth Philharmonic, the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba or Vivaldi Conservatory of Alessandria, among others.
Perera perform on Friday 27 at 20.00 pm in the Council Chamber of City Hall.
The IV Guitar Festival in Caravaca de la Cruz have as parallel activities conferences "The construction of the guitar", by Juan Carlos Busquiel luthier, (Wednesday 25 March at 1545 hours) and "Music and Brain" upper Piano teacher and medical specialist in neurology Maria Andreu embodies Reinón (Friday March 27 at 17.00).
Both will be held in the hall of the conservatory and, like concerts will be free of charge.
The day will start 23 lectures of Cecilio Perera, Mª Carmen Ros and Marco Smaili.
The students and the general public who is interested can also access the lectures.
