After a long process of reflection, I have taken one of the most difficult and complicated decisions.
On Monday of last week I submitted my request for withdrawal with immediate effect militant of the PSOE in the local branch of Caravaca, while I communicated an intention to waive the minutes of Councilman Municipal Socialist Group, resignation that I presented yesterday.
First, note that belong to GMSocialista since June 2007 and joined just a few months after the PSOE.
Before entering local politics, I participated at street level and actively in the creation of a Neighborhood Association, the Camino del Huerto, then pushed off and chaired the Federation of an important group of neighborhood associations Caravaca, along with Caralluma and Cultural Arts Association of the Jardinico, among others.
Only with the fact of having participated and contributed modestly, at that time, to fill to overflowing several times the Plenary Hall, with neighbors of all kinds, indignant, getting paralyzed in 2003 both the aberration supposed urbanization of the environment Natural de las Fuentes del Marqués, as the absurdity proposed new access road to the castle, could give satisfied my time, I've stolen my family, without interest or claim, to avoid all sizes nonsense caravaqueños no other weapons that public protest.
With my time in local politics, a few years later, from 2007 to 2015, I think I can say that I have not deviated substantially from that goal.
In the two legislatures have been, but have not led in any case the list, the fact is that by the resignations of those who have preceded me, I assumed the spokesperson twice.
I have committed all the best that I could get my to carry out the GMSocialista.
As for the work done, overflows all you can summarize now.
The initiatives city would be countless, only Motions are over 400 (environment, urban planning, infrastructure, heritage, citizen participation, education, ...), not counting Questions and answers written Complaint, writings Allegations Amendments all types, resources ... Knowing he had to go further, prepared at least two complaints to the Attorney-three complaints to the Court of Caravaca, which have resulted in opening of proceedings, records and complaints, specifically with the issue of the local police.
Special mention deserves the collection of signatures and presenting arguments, where I participated in the associations cited against the reclassification of the estate of Roblecillo, and then the subject of two complaints moved to the Prosecutor in 2005 and subsequent interview with the Chief Prosecutor in 2009, a matter which, although it took, has finally led to the registration of the City, first, the biggest Auto allocation of councilors, at least in number.
Concentration and manifest my proposal, in the Plaza del Arco on November 3 and plenary later, full of people, have again made history in Caravaca, with the motto: "United Against Corruption Resignation Ya. !!.
All this without mentioning what I put my hand into play to paralyze the chieftain of the Calle de Pinilla, as well as to uncover massive fraud in several contracts, the most important Garbage and street cleaning, but do not forget that of Blue zone, the gaping hole of Caravaca Jubilee Auditorium Case, to explode, to the great fiasco of UTE Caravaca.
All these matters, some of court, will not be forgotten, although I personally have to take.
For some time, I feel a certain loneliness and little support from my own ranks or at least I have the impression that there are rather indifferent, at least up to what you have meant to me those big challenges that I mentioned.
This I have to say both at the local pool, as Psoe Regional level where I have not been supported, rather braking.
I want to make clear that my decision of this magnitude does not depend on whether or not I end up on lists of the PSOE.
For me the problem is not that I would make it clear above all.
What really worries me is that I am not aware that intend to prioritize and continuity to the lines of work that hard work and efforts have led me, regardless of how they are addressed.
Therefore, I can not conclude, in view of all this, the priority is to "pull the rug" when they arrive at City Hall, to which they desire in any case they are in government and not in opposition.
I understand that you can not create a project for the future of our town, without a serious analysis of the serious problems left by the current government without a roadmap to address and debug, with all its consequences, no matter who .
This is a message I would like to serve as a reflection on all political groups that have been and now attend, including the PP.
Hopefully, after a few months, I can say that I was wrong in this passivity that I appreciate, even in the decision I make now, so I apologize for that to my colleagues.
In what I think is difficult for me to go to regret, on the contrary, is in the time devoted to the work done, with loyalty above all to caravaqueños, which I think was worth, work've played putting my ethical and moral commitment to go further, to investigate thoroughly, and do not look away.
I wish plantearme other ways in which it can be useful, while still being available to all persons or groups, if asked, as I've been so far, including those who have been my companions all these years.
