Caravaca de la Cruz is one of the first municipalities in the region to join the collaboration agreements that will facilitate the implementation of business-driven projects Acceleration Unit Investment (UNAI).
The Minister of Industry, Tourism, Enterprise and Innovation, Juan Carlos Ruiz, and the mayors of Alhama de Murcia, Alfonso Ceron;
Campos del Río, Miguel Buendia;
Caravaca de la Cruz, Domingo Aranda;
Cieza, Antonio Tamayo;
Las Torres de Cotillas, Domingo Coronado, and Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras, yesterday signed the first agreements in this area.
More dynamic for entrepreneurship
With the agreements, the regional administration and the six local authorities give greater dynamism to the start of business activities in the region, thereby saving time and costs to employers.
Acceleration Unit Investment attached to the Institute of Development, is responsible for coordinating and promoting all administrative formalities necessary for starting business activities that generate 15 or more permanent jobs full time, or involving an investment in no property assets of at least 600,000 euros.
The UNAI be able to offer a response to employers who request their services within 48 hours and provide a roadmap of all the procedures to follow in the next fortnight.
Moreover, these projects are urgent priority and, consequently, a reduction occurs in the middle of the deadlines of the procedures of the regional administration.
The municipalities establish a system for receiving documents through a single window located at the Institute of Development.
Also these exchange information on the mandatory municipal procedures for the implementation of a business project and the status of processing thereof, while local authorities promote effective measures to reduce delays in handling the various procedures related commissioning or consolidation of business initiatives promoted by the Unit Investment Acceleration.
For its part, the INFO inform the municipalities involved in corporate projects promoted by the Unit that are located in the municipality, as quickly forwarded all documents and requests directed to the local authority which entered in the register of the Institute Development, and promote the implementation of a software platform for tracking the status of processing of administrative procedures, competence of the local authority.
Furthermore, assist in the realization of a Municipal Plan for Attracting Investment to increase the presence of municipalities in the various promotional activities carried out through the Promotion Plan.
