Given the large number of sports, public, social and cultural events that take place in our town, we must have modern equipments and effective means for proper management, both in the task of planning and the prevention and direct intervention.
A population as Caravaca de la Cruz, with more than 26,000 inhabitants, a vast territory and head of a large region, has to have an updated Municipal Emergency Plan, which would include specific plans for the various activities carried out.
Each service, whether municipal, regional or even national level competition, it must be perfectly coordinated, in every moment, to know how to deal with a situation of alarm or emergency.
The plan should not be a mere administrative formality form on paper which is then filed.
All staff called aintervenir in operating systems should know, know what place in it and when it has to act.
A key tool in the effective planning, prevention and management of emergencies, is the activity of the Center for Integrated Security.

In terms of prevention and action, modernizing all systems consider fundamental, introducing the use of new technologies to provide real-time information, coordinating operations with better guarantees, it would gain in speed and effectiveness.
Unfortunately we can not avoid all accidents or incidents, but minimize its consequences.
It is therefore vital that the response of all utilities responsible for responding to emergencies as fast, coordinated and effective as possible.
