The City of Caravaca de la Cruz, through its Department of Environment, continues to perform activities with schools in the "Green Garden" enabled in the municipal nursery place of the Marquis de las Fuentes.
The last to visit this space, whereby schools in the town and districts have passed, it has been a group of secondary school students Gines Perez Chirinos, who planted various species of vegetables.
"To carry out this activity we have the cooperation of the staff working in the municipal employment program and psychosocial rehabilitation, within the cooperation agreement that the City of Caravaca has with the Murcia Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation (ISOL)", as Councilwoman specified Environment, Antonia Maria Alvarez, who pointed out that, in addition to the plantations in the organic garden, there have been numerous reforestation in natural surroundings of the municipality in collaboration with schools as an activity of environmental awareness.
