The Ministry of Water, Agriculture and Environment concluded the works of the industrial water treatment plant (WWTP) in the hamlet El Moralejo in Caravaca de la Cruz.
The rehabilitation activities were carried out by the Regional Entity of Sanitation and Treatment (ESAMUR) and involved a total investment of 83,000 euros.
With this enhancement it provides the hamlet of El Moralejo of some operating facilities that offer a good quality of treated water, and involving the removal of more than 97 percent of the initial contamination to allow the reuse of these waters.
With this infrastructure the Ministry of Water, Agriculture and Environment demonstrates its commitment to the treatment of waste water in the smallest of Murcia rural communities, will continue in the coming months with other rehabilitation facilities area, such as El Moral and The Royos.
