Tactical Leadership Program (TLP, Tactical Leadership Programme), located at the air base of Los Llanos de Albacete, is carrying out practical assignments and a course of advanced flight that crosses some areas of the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz.

It is an international center for advanced training for pilots and crews with the aim of improving the operation and effectiveness of the Air Force.
