Participants perform pre-employment practices, performances improvement and maintenance of public spaces in town
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz and Murcia Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation (ISOL) continue promoting the development-oriented care and workplace integration of persons with chronic mental illness and patients who have had drug problems programs.
The councilman of Social Services and Health, Maria Jose Soria, met with the president of the association, Luis Peregrín, to see first hand the projects being developed in the municipality under the agreement it has with the Consistory caravaqueño and plan new actions in this area.
Soria pointed out that currently two different types of training activities are carried out: the basic pre-employment workshop, with weekday activities aimed at the acquisition and / or recovery of basic work habits as planned intervention strategies for each user, and pre-employment workshop, a training activity aimed at strengthening work habits in which users are scholarships.
The head area councilor of Social Services visited the municipal nursery in Las Fuentes del Marqués, where users carry out tasks of caring for plants and trees that are subsequently used in green areas of the municipality.
He also traveled to school and Aurora Cervantes street where improvement activities currently performed by the grantee staff, under the supervision of specialized monitors.
The overall objective of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz and Murcia Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation is to provide individualized pathways and personal support to each beneficiary who want to start a process of improving their personal and professional situation, aiming to promote the integration and employment;
reducing relapse rates and the level of disability, and to promote a better quality of life of those affected and their families.
