The Popular Party will ask the next regular plenary session the state of the works included in the Municipal Investment Plan approved in December 2014.

This plan, with activities worth more than 2 million euros, contemplated projects in the town and villages in infrastructure and improvement of steely, strong and sewer and storm, many works necessary after several years of implementation economic crisis in which were not carried out.

"Having closed the year last year we believe it is necessary to know the status of implementation of the works. Some have confirmed that they have been completed while others are still under implementation or have simply not begun to be realized, which is a economic impact is also important to know, "said the spokesman of the Popular Party, Jose Francisco Garcia.

"These were works necessary due to the lack of investment opportunities in times of crisis and were undertaken both in the town and villages, still very studied and with the view headman and neighbors," added the popular spokesman

Some of the works already carried out are expanding rainwater collectors and repair firm in Miguel Espinosa Avenue;

conditioning parking place in Las Tosquillas Barranda;

Amadeo Lopez streets and La Cruz Archivel, and various works in villages.

Other works in the middle of execution are those of the Garden City Park or the Park Mari Cruz.

Projects are the Europan without starting an investment of 400,000 euros to revitalize the old town and would provide parking spaces;

the new bridge over the Greenway that would prevent pilgrims from entering the town by road from Murcia, or the stopping of the Avenue of the platforms, among others.
